Shipping & Exchange Policy

Thank you so much for your support! The United States Postal Service is our primary carrier. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?  Normal processing time is 7-10 business days. If you need items by a certain day, please email us to ensure we can get your order out by then. Email us at Shipping begins after processing.

Do you offer package tracking? Yes. We will provide you with the tracking details once your package is shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Shipping is primarily handled by USPS (United States Postal Service) and items are sent First Class or Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 business days (First Class) or 3-5 business days (Priority) for your items to reach you once shipped. *Note* Shipping times are longer and delays are due to the pandemic. 

Do you accept returns/exchanges? Our items are made to order for you. We do not keep inventory and at this time, are not offering refunds due to COVID-19. The safety, health and wellbeing of our customers is of our utmost concern. All sales are final. If for some reason your item arrives damaged, the wrong item is shipped or if there is a flaw in the workmanship, we will cover the return shipping cost. All returned items must be unworn and intact.
